California Bank & Trust (CB&T) is looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our Crestline branch! In this role, you'll be the face of CB&T, delivering top-notch customer service, assisting clients with their financial needs, and supporting a strong relationship-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions according to bank policies and procedures
- Maintain an excellent balancing record
- Assist clients with account maintenance, new account openings, ATM card issuance/activation, money transfers, loan payments, check orders, and more
- Resolve client issues through personal action or by referring to appropriate resources
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend bank products based on client needs
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive branch team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of math, debits, credits, and banking products
- Strong balancing skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products
